Best answer
Correct Answer - `(2)`
(a) `T = (2 u sin(prop - beta))/(g cos beta)`
Now we shall consider the motion of particle along `OA`.
(b) When the particle strikes the plane horizontally
In this case, `t = (2 u sin (prop - beta))/(g cos beta)`
and `0 = u sin prop - "gt"`
`u sin prop = g[(2 u sin (prop - beta))/(g cos beta)]`
`2 tan beta = tan prop rArr tan prop : tan beta = 2`.
