गीजर द्वारा ली गई ऊष्मा की दर = `H = (Q)/(t) = (m s deltaT)/(t)`
यहाँ m = आयतन `xx` घनत्व
`(3.0 xx 10^(-3) मी^(3))xx ( 10^(3) किग्रा- मी^(-3)) =3.0` किग्रा ।
ताप वृद्धि `DeltaT = (77 - 27) = 50^(@)C = 50K`
सेल्सियस तथा केल्विन पैमानों पर तापान्तर समान होता है ।
समय t = 1 मीटर
`therefore H = (3.0 xx 4.18 xx 10^(3) xx 50)/(1)` जूल / मीटर
` = 6.27 xx 10^(5)`जूल / मीटर
` = 15.7 ग्राम मिनट^(-1)`|
