The equations of the given lines can be re-written as
`(x-1//3)/1=(y+1//3)/2=(z-1)/3` and `(x-2)/(lamda)=(y-5//2)/(-3//2)=(z+2)/0`
If these lines are perpendicular then
`1xxlamda+2xx(-3/2)+3xx0=0=lamda-3=0implieslamda=3`
