प्रश्नानुसार `m=100` ग्राम `c=0.09 "कैलोरी"//"ग्राम"^(@)C,Delta theta=10^(@)C`
`:.E=100xx0.09xx10`
`=90` कैलोरी
`=90xx4.2 "जूल"=3.78xx10^(@)` जूल
इस ऊर्जा से यदि गोले के द्रव्यमान में वृद्धि `Deltam` हो तो आइन्सटीन की द्रव्यमान-ऊर्जा समीकरण से
`E=(Deltam)c^(2)`
`:.Deltam=E/(c^(2))=(3.78xx10^(2))/((3xx10^(8))^(2))`
`=4.2xx10^(-15)` किग्रा
