फलक केन्द्रित घनीय संरचना (fcc) या फलक केन्द्रित चतुष्कोणीय दोनों में जालक बिब्दु = 8 (कोनों पर) +6 फलक के केन्द्र, पर = 14
परन्तु एकक कोष्ठिका में कणों की संख्या
`=8xx1/8+6xx1/2=4`
