प्रकाश का तरंगदैधर्य `(lamda)=500` नैनोमीटर `=500xx10^(-9)` मीटर
D=1 मीटर, `x=33`मिमी० `=2.5xx10^(-3)` मीटर
केंद्र से `n^(th)` निम्निष्ठ कि दुरी `(x)=(nDlamda)/(d)`
`d=(nD lamda)/(x)=(1xx1xx500xx10^(-9))/(33xx10^(-3))=2xx10^(-4)` मीटर
`d=0.152` मिमी०
अतः स्लिट कि चौड़ाई 0.152 मिमी० होगी|
