(i) Keeps record of number and names of the players of each team
(ii) Keeps a record of points scored
(iii) Keeps a record of free throws
(iv) Keeps a record of fouls by each player
(v) Keeps a record of time-out and duration of rests and interval
(vi) Keeps records of substitutes
(vii) Makes signals only during the interval when the ball becomes dead and then becomes live again.
