Number of days more ⇒ More cement bags.

∴ It is direct variation.

∴ The multiplying factor = 18/12

Number of machines more ⇒ More cement bags.

∴ It is direct variation.

∴ The multiplying factor = 24/36

∴ x = 7000 × 18/12 × 24/36

x = 7000 cement bags

7000 cement bags can be made.
