Best answer

We know that, KE of a particle,

\(K = \frac{1}{2}mv^2\)

where m is the mass of particle and v is the velocity

\(K = \frac{1}{2}\frac{mv^2\times m}{m}\)

\(K = \frac{1}{2}\frac{(mv)^2}{m}\)

\(K = \frac{p^3}{2m}\)

{∵ p = mv}

∴ p = \(\sqrt {2mK}\)
