Given, 

cot θ = 1/√3

In ∆ABC, AC² = AB² + BC² 

AC² = (√3)² + 1² 

AC² = 3 + 1 = 4 

AC = 2 

We get; 

cos θ = \(\frac{BC}{AC}\) =  \(\frac{1}{2}\)

sin θ = \(\frac{AB}{AC}\) = \(\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\)
