Parliamentary form President system
a) In the parliamentary Form, it  is a nominal head that leads the nation. He  won't have any real power a) In the presidential form, the president is a the head of the nation and the real ruler.
b) In the parliamentary Form, the Executive is responsible to the legislature. it is the Legislature that decides the duration of the Executive b) President is chosen for a fixed period. The parliament has no control over him during this period.
c) Minister  have  joint responsibility to the parliament. c) The Ministers are chosen by the president and they work under him.
