Answer is : (b) linkage isomerism

The complex, [Co(NH3)5(NO2)]2+ exhibits linkage isomerism as NO2 group being an ambidentate ligand can bind to a metal atom either through N or O - atom and hence two different isomers are formed. These are [Co(ONO)(NH3)5]2+ and [Co(NO2)(NH3)5]2+
