SP = Rs.100 

Gain = Rs.20 

CP = SP – Gain 

= 100 - 20 

= Rs.80

\(Gain\%=\frac{Gain\,\times\,100}{CP}\)

\(\frac{20\,\times\,100}{80}\)

= 25%
