Best answer
Correct Answer - d
`sqrt(x)+(58)/(sqrt(x))=31`
Since 31 is an integer `(588)/(sqrt(x))` must be an integer
`therefore sqrt(x)` can be 29 or 2 `rarr` x =841 or 4
