Best answer
M.S.R = 4.6 cm = 4.6 mm
V.C.D = 6
L.C = 0.01 cm = 0.1
I = M.S.R + `(V.C.D xx L.C)
=` 46 + 6 xx 0.1 = 46.6mm = 4.66` cm.
