Best answer
TSA`=2(lb+bh+hl)=40`
`=lb+bh+hl=20m^2-(1)`
LSA`=2(bh+hl)=26m^2`
`=bh+hl=13m^2-(2)`
subtracting equation 2 from equation 1
`lb+bh+hl-bh-hl=20-13`
`lb=7m^2`
Area of base=l*b=`7m^2`.
