40 cm, 50 cm 

Let x be the common multiple. 

As per question, 

Length = 4x 

Width = 5x 

As per formula, 

Perimeter = 2× (l + w) 

180 = 2× (4x + 5x) 

180 = 18x 

x = 10 

So, 

Length = 40 cm 

Width = 50 cm
