Prove that: 4sin π/6 sin2 π/3 + 3 cos π/3 tan π/4+ cosec2 π/2 = 4

To prove:

Taking LHS,

Now, we know that,

sin 30° = \(\frac{1}{2}\)

sin 60° = \(\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\)

cos 60° = \(\frac{1}{2}\)

tan 45° = 1

cosec 90° = 1

Putting the values, we get

= 4

= RHS 

∴ LHS = RHS 

Hence Proved
