Correct option: (d) All are correct

This is due to larger space occupied by τ electron cloud which pushes both C - CH3 to reduce CH3 - C - CH3 bond angle.

● O - I - F bond angle is also less than 90° in IOF-4 due to lone pair on I-atom.

● SeOCl2 has CI - Se - CI bond angle less than CI - Se -O due to τ- electron.

● POCl3 has tetrahedral structure due to presence of τ-bond.
