Answer is : (a) ClF3

The bond angle depends upon the electronegativity of the central atom. More is the electronegativity of the central, larger is the bond angle. Thus, among the given central atom Cl has the highest electronegativity. Therefore, ClF3 has the largest bond angle at the central atom.
