Correct option is (D) mv/ω

The correct option is (D).

We know that centripetal force Fc\(\frac {mv^2}{r}\)

Option a) Fc\(\frac {mv^2}{r}\)

∴ V = rw

Fc\(\frac {m(r^2w^2)}{r}\)

Fc = mrw2

Option b) Fc = mrw2

∴ w = \(\frac {2\pi}{T}\)

Fc = mr(\(\frac {2\pi}{T}\))2

Fc = \(\frac {4\pi^2mr}{T^2}\)

Option c) Fc\(\frac {mv^2}{r}\)

v = rw ∴ \(\frac {v}{r}\) = w

 Fc = mv (\(\frac {v}{r}\))

 Fc = mvw

Option d) is not expressed centripetal force
