Answer is (D) 6.1%

Maximum possible error in measurement of

\(\frac{L}{T^2}\) = \(\Big(\frac{ΔL}{L}+2\frac{ΔT}{T}\Big)\)%

= (0.1 + 2 x 3) % = 6.1%
