Best answer
`DeltaABC` and `DeltaDCB` have same base BC.
Area of triangles with the same base are proportional to their corresponding heights.
`:.(A(Delta ABC))/(A(DeltaDCB))=(AB)/(DC)`
`:.(A(DeltaABC))/(A(DeltaDCB))=6/8`
`:.(A(DeltaABC))/(A(DeltaDCB))=3/4`
`(A(DeltaABC))/(A(DeltaDCB))=3/4`
