The 13 numbers having 4 in one’s place are 22, 26, 210 …, 250.

∴ Probability = \(\frac{13}{50}\)

The 12 numbers having 8 in one’s place are 23, 27, 211 …, 247.

∴ Probability = \(\frac{12}{50}\)
