Best answer

a. Number of two-digit natural numbers = 90

b. Numbers whose sum of digits will be 10 is 19, 28, 37, 46, 55, 64, 73, 82, 91

Probability that the sum of digits of that number will be 10 = \(\frac{9}{90}=\frac{1}{10}\)
