(i) Competition has increased in education, employment and business due to increaseing population.
(ii) As expressing feeling helps to relieve stress, I, along with my parents will help my brother to relieve his stress by talking and discussing with him.
(iii) I will also help him by giving him suggestions about ways to cope up with studies and help him with timw management.
(iv) I will advisehim to go for regular exercise, yoga and meditation to improve his concentration and relieve stress.
(v) I will explanin him the importance of balanced diet and food to relieve stress.
Also, I will advise him to take regular breaks form studires and surture and hobby which will help him to relieve stress and concentrate better in studies.
