Best answer
Correct Answer - B
In order to remove the first degreee terms in the equation `ax^(2)+by^(2)+2gx+2fy+c=0` the origin is shifted to the point `(-(8)/(a),(f)/(b))` .
Here, `a=4, b=9, g=-4 and f =18`
Hence, the coordinates of the required point are
`((4)/(4),(18)/(9))=(1,-2)`
