as coefficient of y = negative
axis will be y axis. let the equation is
`x^2 - -9ay `
focus = `(0,0)`
direction = `y=a`
LR = `4a`
-4a = -9
`a= 9/4`
focus = `(0,-9/4)`
direction is `9/4`
LR = `4*9/4 = 9`
