दीर्घवृत्त का समीकरण `9x^(2) + 5y^(2) + 30y = 0 " "...(i)`
`rArr 9x^(2) + 5(y^(2) + 6y) = 0`
`rArr 9x^(2) + 5(y^(2) * y * 3 + 9 -9) = 0`
`rArr 9x^(2) + 5(y+3)^(2) = 45`
`rArr (x^(2))/((sqrt(5))^(2)) +((y+3)^(2))/((3)^(2))= 1" "...(ii)`
स्पष्टतः अर्द्ध दीर्घाक्ष की लम्बाई = 3 = a
अर्द्धलघु अक्ष की लम्बाई ` =sqrt(5) =b`
नाभिलम्ब जीवा की लम्बाई ` = (2b^(2))/(a) = (2 xx 5)/(3) = (10)/(3)`
उत्केन्द्रता `e = sqrt(1-(b^(2))/(a^(2)))=sqrt(1-(5)/(9)) = (2)/(3)`
अब, नाभियो के निर्देशांक ` -= (0, pm ae)`
`rArr x = 0, y + 3 = pm ae = pm (3*2)/(3) = pm2`
`rArr x = 0, y = -1, -5`
`rArr` नाभियो के निर्देशांक ` =(0, -1)` तथा `(0, -5)` है |
