`veca xx vecb - vecb xx vecc = vec0`
` or veca xx vecb + vecc xx vecb = vec0`
`or ( veca + vecc) xx vecb = vec0 `
Hence, `veca + vecb` is parallel to `vecb` . Thus ,
`veca + vecc = k vecb`
