Let the formula of oixde `= M_(2) O_(x) = 44`
`2 xx M + x xx 16 = 44`
`2 (E xx x ) + xx 16 = 44`
`2(14 xx x) + 16x = 44`
`:. X = 1`
Atomic weight `= 14 xx 1 = 14`
