1- Guard Cell 

2- Inner wall of the Guard Cell 

3- Stoma/Stomatal Aperture 

(b) Open state 

(c) The structure of stoma remains same in monocots as well as in dicots. Hence, the stoma from the diagram can be of a monocot leaf or of a dicot leaf.
