A body of mass 1.5 kg is dropped from a height of 12m. What is the force acting on it during its fall? (g = 9.8 m s-2)

Mass of body = 1.5 kg

Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 ms-2

Force = mass (m) x acceleration due to gravity (g)

= m g

F = 1.50 × 9.8 = 14.7 N
