साम्यावस्था पर वियोजित `PCl_(5)` के मेलों की संख्या `(x=40%)`
`PCl_(5) ltimplies PCl_(3) + Cl_(2)`
`{:(प्रारंभ में मोल, 3,0,x),(साम्यावस्था पर मोल,(3-x),x,x):}`
(x= वियोजित मेलों की संख्या)
`K_( c) = (x/V xx x/V)/((3-x)/V)=x^(2)/(V(3-x))`
प्रश्नानुसार, V=4 लीटर
तथा `x=3/100 xx 40, therefore x=1.2` मोल `(therefore alpha=40%)`
`therefore` साम्यावस्था पर `PCl_(5)` के शेष मोलों की संख्या
`=3.0 -1.2 =1.8` मोल
`K_( c)=(1.2)^(2)/(4(3-1.2)) = (1.2 xx 1.2)/(4 xx 1.8)=0.2` मोल/लीटर
