`B(OH)_(3)` or `H_(3)BO_(3)` is boric acid. It is only acidic in nature. It acts as a Lewis acid:

`Be(OH)_(2)` and `Al(OH)_(3)` are amphoteric while `Mg(OH)_(2)` is basic in nature.
