Correct Answer - 8
Centripetal force `=f=(mv^(2))/r-(GMm)/(r^(2))`
where `m` is the mass of the satellite and `m` is the mass of the satellite of earth (mass `M`)
`:. (f_(1))/(f_(2))=1/2((4r_(1))^(2))/(r_(1)^(2))=16/2=8`
