Correct Answer - `24.65N` .
Speed of the block is
`upsilon = (2pir)/(t) = 2 xx(22)/(7) ((0.25))/(0.2)`
`a = (upsilon^(2))/(r) = (7.85)^(2)/(0.25) = 246.49m//s^(2)`
This acceleration is towards the centre of the circular groove The only force in this directions is normal contact force due to side wall
`R =ma = 0.1 xx 246. 49 = 24.65 N` .
