This is an experience i had when i was new to Mumbai. I got into a bus and asked the conductor for ticket to Dadar. The conductor shook his head and told me that I had got into the bus going in wrong direction. He patiently explained that i would have to get off at the next stop, cross the road, catch the bus going in opposite direction. Though i felt a bit embarrassed, i thanked him for his kindness.
