We can order events in time and there is a sense of time, distinguishing past,present and futher. Is therefore, time a vector?

Time always flows from past to present and then to future, so a direction can be assigned to time. However, as the direction is unique, it is not to be stated ,i.e.specified. As the direction is not to be specified, time cannot be a vector though it has a direction.
