A particle is moving on a straight line path with constant accleration directed along the direction of instantaneous velocity. Which of the following statements are false about the motion of particle ?
A. the average velocity is less than the average speed
B. the average velocity is equal to the instaneous velocity

Correct Answer - A::B::D
Average velocity can not be compared with average speed as when body is moving with constant acclertion along a straight line , the average velocity cannot be equal to instantneous velocity. The particel moving with uniform acceleration along strainght line cannot revese the direction of its motin.
