Here, `M = 10 kg, theta = 30^(@)`
When a cylinder rolls smoothly without slipping, force of friction is given by
`F = (1)/(3) mg theta = (1)/(3) xx 10 xx 9.8 sin 30^(@) = (98)/(3) xx (1)/(2) = 16.3N`
