`=(4piR^2T)/(nxx4pir^2T)`
`(R^2)/(nr^2)=(n^((2)/(3))r^2)/(nr^2)=(1)/(n^((1)/(3)))=(1)/((1000)^((1)/(3)))=(1)/(10)`
