Best answer
When liquid is converted into steam at its boling point, the temperature of liquid remains constant. i.e., change in temperature `Delta T = 0`. Hence the specific heat,
`s = (Delta Q)/(m Delta T) = (Delta Q)/(m xx 0) = oo`.
