Best answer
`t=sqrt(s)+3impliessqrt(s)=t-3impliess=(t-3)^(2)=t^(2)-6t+9`
`s=t^(2)-6t+9`
`v=(ds)/(dt)=2t-6`
When velocity `v=0, 2t-6=0impliest=3`
`At t=3, s=0`
