Stress in wire `B = (mg)/(3pir_(B)^(2))`
Stress in wire `B = (4mg)/(3pir_(A)^(2))`
if `(mg)/(3pir_(B)^(2)) = (4mg)/(3pir_(A)^(2))` either wire will break.
