Bad debts = Rs 14,000
Bill receivables (dishonoured) = Rs 20,000
Cash sales = Rs 2,25,000
Sales return = Rs 17,000

With the preparation of total debtors accont total bills receivable account, the net sales will be computed as follows:
Net Sales = Cash Sales + Credit Sales - Salres return
`=Rs 2,25,000 + Rs 3,53,000 - Rs 1,7000`
