`((x_1^m+x_2^m...+x_n^m)/n)>((x_1+x_2+x_3+..+x_n)/n)^m`
Lets take m=2
`(x_1^2+x_2^2+...+x_n^2)/n>(x_1+x_2+x_3+...+x_n)/n^2`
`sumx_i^2/n>[sumx_i]^2/n^x`
`n>100^2/400`
`n>25`
option 4 is correct.
