(i) Zn belongs too d block but not considered as transition elements because it contains completely filled 3d orbital and fo not show properties like other transition elements.
(ii) `Cr^(2+)` has the configuration `3d^(4).` It can blse electron to from `Cr^(3+)` which has stable `3d^(3)` configuration. Hence, it is strong reducing agent.
