The reactivity of SN1 reaction depends on the steric hindrance, in 2-bromopropane, acarbon atom is attached to two methyl groups suffers greater steric hindrance to nucleophilic attack than l-bromo-2, 2-dimethyl propane. 

Hence, 

2-bromopropane react faster by SN1 mechanism.
