Best answer
Correct Answer - D
Mitochondrial cristae bear the functional unit , i.e., oxysomes . Fernandes and Moran particles `(F_(0) - F_(1))` particles or electron transport particle.
Since , inner membrane is imperimeable to ATP thus ATP is synthesised on oxysomes having ATPase in `F_(1)` (stalk) and proton channels on `F_(0)` (base) ATPase helps in oxidative phosphorylation , synthesise ATP through electron transport system by undergoing oxidation reduction reactions.
